When booking a group trip, our clients are allowed to do name changes up to 48-72 hours before their travel, per the terms of the individual airlines. We can conduct this service from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Most airlines allow a free name change per ticket on a group contract (10 or more passengers) for those traveling on the same itinerary. The only name-change fees you’ll have to accommodate will be any set forth by the airline itself. Our team remains flexible and won’t add fees for any time spent on assisting you with a name change.
We will use your card of choice for processing to take advantage of possible rewards and benefits, such as frequent flyer miles and cashback programs. We firmly believe that you deserve to reap those rewards.
If an airline requires a deposit not applied toward your full ticketing price and is returned after your trip, your credit card will be used for the transaction. Essentially, the refund will come directly from the airline, omitting any waiting time where our company will refund you.
Most airlines require names and final payment approximately 30-45 days prior to your trip. Our company will only submit the names and payments when the airline requires them. This gives you enough time to provide accurate passenger names and final payments.
